THE BAR LOAFER

A familiar canvas slip-on reworked with a rectangular brass bar and textured vegetable-tanned leather.

The addition is simple, yet enough to shift the character of the silhouette. Drawn to materials that age with use, the combination brings together canvas, leather and brass, each evolving at its own pace over time.

Canvas softens. Leather develops patina. Brass gradually records the marks of wear.

Together, these changes create subtle variations unique to each pair.

キャンバス、レザー、真鍮。それぞれの素材は時間とともに異なる変化を見せます。柔らかく馴染んでいくキャンバス、深みを増していくレザー、少しずつ風合いを帯びる真鍮。それらが重なり合い、一足ごとの個性となっていきます。
