商品価格はすべて日本円（税込）で表示しております。
商品写真は、革本来の質感や色味をできる限り忠実にお伝えできるよう撮影しておりますが、ご使用のモニター環境や天然素材の特性により、実際の色味と多少異なる場合がございます。

Masteryatelierの製品には天然皮革を使用しております。ご使用とともに色味や風合いが変化し、美しい経年変化（エイジング）をお楽しみいただけます。これは天然素材ならではの特徴であり、一点ごとに異なる表情を生み出します。

お支払いは、Stripeによる安全な決済システムを通じて行われます。各種クレジットカードおよびデビットカードをご利用いただけます。

ご注文後、確認のためこちらからご連絡させていただく場合がございます。Masteryatelierの製品はすべて手作業で製作しておりますため、発送までに2〜5営業日ほどお時間をいただいております。

海外配送一律 ¥2,000

発送完了後、追跡番号をお送りいたします。

なお、関税・輸入税・その他輸入に伴う手数料が発生した場合は、お客様のご負担となりますのでご了承ください。

返品・交換について
返品・交換をご希望の場合は、商品到着後14日以内にメールにてご連絡ください。

商品不良または誤配送の場合を除き、返品・交換時の送料はお客様のご負担となります。
返品・交換の対象となる商品は、未使用であり、タグ・付属品・パッケージがすべて揃った状態のものに限らせていただきます。

Orders
All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY).
We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screen settings and the natural characteristics of leather, actual colors may vary slightly.

All Masteryatelier products are made using natural leather. With regular use, the leather will gradually develop a unique patina and character over time. This natural aging process is part of the beauty of the material and makes each piece uniquely yours.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Major credit and debit cards are accepted.
Once an order has been been placed, we may contact you to confirm the details.

As all Masteryatelier products are handcrafted, please allow approximately 2–5 business days before shipment.

Free domestic shipping within Japan
International shipping: Flat rate ¥2,000

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unused and returned with all original tags, packaging, and accompanying materials intact.
