ご注文が確定後、ご連絡させていただきます。すべてのMasteryatelier製品は手作りであるため、注文を発送する前に約2〜5日かかります。

商品到着後、14日以内に下記問い合わせフォームにてご連絡ください。
お客様のご都合による （商品の破損・汚損以外） 返品・交換の場合、送料・振込手数料はお客様のご負担とさせていただきます。
商品の返品・交換は、未使用でタグやパッケージが残っていることが条件となります。

Due to the nature of the leather, the color will age beautifully and developed a patina with everyday use. This is a natural process.
All transactions will be handled by PayPal. You would not need a PayPal account if you do not have one, credit card payment options are available.
You will be contacted after an order has been placed. We will need approximately 2-5 days before shipping out the order as all Masteryatelier products are handmade.

Returns
Please contact us directly through email within 14 days after the order arrived.
The return shipping fees shall be borne by the customer unless a wrong or defect product from us.
Products have to be unused with all tags and packaging intact for all returns and exchange.
